"Looming Danger: Shomolu residents in panic following return of notorious killer"

There is palpable fear in the Shomolu area of Lagos State following the release of a notorious murderer, Ibrahim Balogun, also known as Small JPron, who was arrested a few weeks ago.
Balogun, a notorious cultist, and self-confessed murderer, had been arrested and held in the custody of the police at the Panti Police Division after months of evading the law, but on Monday, October 10, 2016, he was seen attending a welcome party organized for him by his gang members.
